Helping older homeowners and their families plan the sale of a longtime home, understand the moving pieces and make the transition with fewer surprises.
Helping small landlords evaluate and execute an exit from rental property, with attention to timing, tenants, condition and marketability—and coordination with tax, legal or 1031 professionals when needed.
Helping residential investors evaluate and acquire properties throughout Metro Atlanta, with a practical focus on the numbers, the property and the investor’s strategy.
About Ron
I’m a husband, dad and very proud granddad who has spent nearly two decades in Georgia real estate. Today, much of my work is focused on the transactions that tend to get more complicated.
That does not mean every client needs a complicated strategy. The Corbin Team still helps people simply buy and sell homes throughout Metro Atlanta. The difference is that when the circumstances around the property are messy, I’m comfortable working through the details.
I believe good real estate advice starts with understanding what the client is actually trying to accomplish—not with trying to force every situation into the same transaction.
